Mint-Chocolate Ice Milk
Servings: 2 Prep 5 mins Start to Finish 5 mins
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 2 - 3 tablespoons chocolate sauce, such as Hershey's
- 20 fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups regular soymilk (or lowfat milk)
1. In a blender, combine ice, chocolate, mint and 1/2 cup of the soymilk. Blend until the mint and ice are pureed.
2. Add remaining 1 1/2 cups soymilk and blend until frothy. Serve immediately.
