The Perfect Prenatal Smoothie: Mango Ginger
This rich and creamy smoothie gets a bit of protein from low-fat Greek yogurt, and a delicious jolt of flavor from crystallized ginger (which also happens to relieve morning sickness!).

- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/3 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 4 small pieces crystallized ginger
