Secret Ingredient Egg Salad
Adapted from Food & Wine's Hummus Deviled Eggs
Servings: 2 to 3 Prep 5 mins Cook 10 minutes for the eggs Start to Finish 15 mins
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Fresh lemon juice, salt and black pepper, to taste
1. In a bowl, mash all the ingredients together with a fork. Serve with toast, crackers or cucumber slices.
