Simple Banana Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cup milk
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • Ice
  • Grated nutmeg (optional)

Make It

1. In a blender, puree the milk and banana with a few ice cubes until smooth and frothy. Serve sprinkled with nutmeg if desired.
